Legendary pirate Sir Arthur Pendragon.Д®lsewhere in today's update, there's a selection of new, and rather convoluted, limited-time voyages. Timing it earlier, it took over four minutes for two firebombs to fell a stationary sloop, which was enough time to do a couple of unhurried errands before I even needed to consider having a panicked splash around with a bucket. Visually, in typical Sea of Thieves fashion, it looks glorious, although I'm curious to see how it impacts play in a real battle scenario. Luckily, there's a new water barrel onboard ships so that pirates have a fighting chance to douse the flames before crew mates and animals burn to a crisp - although not pets. As of today's update, players can acquire firebombs from barrels and other hide-y holes (in both Adventure and Arena mode), and these can be launched at foes, either via fist or cannon, to unleash some fiery carnage.ДЇire spreads pretty much exactly how you might imagine on a boat, starting small - as a result of a deliberately propelled firebomb or, perhaps, a carelessly unattended stove below deck - and eventually engulfs everything with dancing flames and thick, billowing smoke. The addition with the potential to have the most impact on Rare's piratical sandbox game, though, is undoubtedly fire. Oh, and it's probably worth mentioning that it's started by visiting the derelict galleon on Shipwreck Bay. The Seabound Soul might only be one mission but if its tale of legendary pirate Sir Arthur Pendragon, captain of the infamous Blackwyche, comes even close to capturing the highs of its predecessors, it'll be a real treat.

Rare's inaugural attempt at incorporating story into Sea of Thieves was an absolute delight, slickly presented, mechanically diverse, and full of genuinely memorable, swashbuckling story beats, so I've been eager for more. Personally, I'm most excited about Sea of Thieves' brand-new Tall Tale - the first new story mission to be introduced to the game since the Anniversary Update's sweeping Shores of Gold campaign in April.

Known as The Seabound Soul, it introduces a brand-new story mission, a series of slightly bamboozling limited-time voyages, fire and flammable ships, plus a whole lot more. So those are the only ways of getting your hands on the ashen tomes and unlocking the Ashen dragon set.Д«eware that you will get a lot of duplicates so donвЂ™t lose hope and keep opening those chests.Sea of Thieves might have had a relatively low-key few months in recent times, but Rare is pulling out all the stops in the multiplayer pirate adventure's latest update. I almost forgot that you can also fish for an ashen key but the chances are very low so I wouldnвЂ™t waste my time on it. There is also a chance of ashen chest drops if you take out a kraken, a megalodon or an emergent skeleton ship. You will also get an ashen chest from the vault of a skeleton fort and youвЂ™re guaranteed three ashen chests if you defeat a skeleton fleet. Keep in mind that the chances of them spawning are very low, however you will find them during the final waves of a skull fort. You can get ashen chests and keys by defeating Ashen Guardians and Key masters, ashen Guardians drop a note which leads to an ashen chest and ashen Key masters drop an ashen key and donвЂ™t require additional work.

If you canвЂ™t buy the voyages donвЂ™t worry, there are other ways you can find ashen chests and keys.

The easiest way is to buy ashen key and chest voyages from Larinna (outside the tavern) but they are quiet expensive, ashen chest voyages are 50 doubloons and ashen key voyages are 99 doubloons each. Selling each tome for the first time to either Larinna (outside of the tavern) or the servant of the flame (on reaperвЂ™s hideout) will unlock a new item and youвЂ™ll get a commendation with it.

There are a total of 20 ashen tomes split into 4 groups. In order to unlock Ashen Dragon items and clothing youвЂ™ll need to sell ashen tomes, these are found in ashen chests. Sea of Thieves has a lot of cool sets and the Ashen Dragon is defiantly one of the best sets in the game.
